ICE Barcelona 2026 drew a record 65,000 delegates across an expanded footprint, and the client's stand needed to hold its energy across three exhibition halls for the full run of the show.

We built a 48-strong rotation with hall leads, a shared briefing pack, and rolling shift handovers, so every corner of the stand kept the same tone from the opening bell to the final walkthrough.
